2. Product Functions:
High-temperature amylase is a multifunctional biological enzyme product mainly used in starch processing and brewing industries. 4.Product application fields and instruction:
4.1 When brewing beer: Add enzyme in batches of 0.3m3/t (20000U), raise the temperature to 95-97°C, and keep it for 30 minutes.
4.2 During alcohol production: Add enzyme at 0.3m3/t (20000U) at pH 6.5-7.0, stir and raise the temperature to 100±5℃, and keep it for 100 minutes.
4.3 When making starch sugar or MSG: add enzyme at 0.6m3/t (40000U), pH 6.0-6.5, and increase the temperature. to 100±5℃, if the steam (105℃) injection method is used, keep it at 95-100℃ for 30 minutes and 95℃ for 60-120 minutes.
