Alginate Oligosaccharide

Algin is a linear long-chain molecule irregularly linked by 1,4-mannuronic acid (M) and 1,4-guluronic acid (G). It is a functional oligosaccharide obtained through a certain cleavage reaction. It is fucoidan oligosaccharide. It is soluble in water and has strong stability. An oligosaccharide derived from brown algae. Oligosaccharides are also called oligosaccharides.
